"Light in the Landscape"

Our Annual Conference event this year, Gatekeeper Trust's 40th Anniversary year, will take place over the weekend of 21/22 October and will comprise a free online/outside event around the UK and elsewhere.

The overarching theme will be "Bringing Light into the Landscape" using the British Landscape Zodiac as our guide.

Speakers: Peter Dawkins, Charlotte Yonge, Tracey Chaplin, Gatekeeper Friends

Peter Dawkins - "The British Landscape Zodiac"

Peter’s talk will be about the importance of the great landscape zodiac of Britain from ancient times, how it is one of the three great chakras of the British Isles, how to make it ‘spin’ and shine with light, or delight, and how it affects not only the other two great landscape zodiacs of the British Isles (Scotland and Ireland) but also the whole world.

Tracey Chaplin - "Our Internal Zodiac Map"

Tracey will speak about ways to connect with our personal landscape temple within and then find connections with the outer landscape. She will share ways we move from that inner space into the landscape, using astrology, the sun, moon and stars, intuition, dowsing and simply tuning in.

Charlotte Yonge - "Nomadic Pilgrimage"

Charlotte will speak about how zodiacs must have resonant patterns that draw us in and will ask what the Milky Way implies in terms of an inner process of questing.She will also celebrate the educational research at the heart of Gatekeeper's work and the contributions over the years from Peter Dawkins, Anthony Thorley and others, discovering the wisdom the landscape holds.

Also included in the programme are contributions from Gatekeeper friends and pilgrims speaking about their experiences in the landscape.

Peter Dawkins, co-founder and elder of Gatekeeper Trust, is particularly known as a pioneer and leading teacher in the science of landscape temples and zodiacs, and their connection with history, mythology, cosmology and the wisdom teachings.

Tracey Chaplin has run her practice that combines astrology with creative kinesiology for over twenty years. She has developed ways of working with the astrological symbols and kinesiology to effect
change and to connect with the greater landscape by utilising simple kinesiology tools.Tracey discovered Gatekeeper and the Zoence Academy 15 years ago which has enhanced and strengthened her practise and her life.

Charlotte Yonge has worked to grow Gatekeeper's Wheel of Life and Full Moon Pilgrimages which are the foundation of the Landscape Zodiac that Gatekeeper energises in the contemporary world. Sunday 22nd October:
We would love you to be part of a special event that we have begun organising - a 15 minute atunement from wherever you live, so that together we create a network of light across the land.

There is still time to join us and further build the picture of who we have in which areas so do please let us know you will in principle like to actively join in - just email secretary@gatekeeper.org.uk saying Count Me In and add your local Town / City so we can determine the potential distribution through the landscape and we will be in touch.

On Sunday 22nd October Pilgrims will make their way (individually or together as they feel appropriate) to their own special locations within their own area to tune in collectively at 12 noon UK. We intend that those gathered will share in a simple ritual which will unite us all whether words or chant or song. After the gathering together each individual or group could continue as they felt appropriate.

There would not be a formal sharing session afterwards, instead an invitation to share pictures and a few words from the locations visited to build up a picture of the light network that we build and which we can host on the GKT website as a collective endeavour.

We hope you will be able to join us over the weekend in this unique collaborative event.
