Birthing the Light of the Shakespeare Swan

A day with Peter and Sarah Dawkins in Stratford upon Avon
Saturday 2nd July 2022 9.30am – 6pm
with optional supper 7pm at White Swan Hotel, Rother Street, Stratford upon Avon

Based at The White Swan in Stratford the day will comprise morning talks followed by a pilgrimage in Stratford townscape exploring and experiencing the wisdom of this land.

Stratford-upon-Avon, home of William Shakespeare and the Shakespeare theatres, marks the star Deneb in the constellation of the Swan in the British landscape zodiac. Underlying this is a profound and ancient wisdom.

Moreover, it is a wisdom that manifests itself in the landscape and the way human beings have responded instinctively, intuitively or knowingly to that wisdom, such that the very townscape as well as the land manifests that wisdom.

Do join us to learn, explore and experience more of this wisdom, and to help the land birth even more of its light. This special pilgrims’ day is limited to the first 20 participants.

Peter will give talks in the morning and then lead an explorative pilgrimage in the town in the afternoon, including Trinity Church and the Guildhall chapel. We will finish back at the White Swan hotel with sharing and another talk by Peter.

There is an opportunity to stay on for supper to continue discussions and sharing.
